We have 2 furnished rentals in the on Smith Flat Road – 3 miles east of Downtown Placerville – 5 min off Highway 50.
The Fig House is a one bedroom cottage. There is a second-floor deck with a view of the Smith Flat House and the hills beyond. The deck is shaded by a large fig tree. The Smith Flat House is a restaurant/ banquet center with dinner nightly, lunch on the weekends.
There is a laundry room and a storage room, for use by our guest, on the ground floor.
The Fig House is located on a 1-acre lot. There are two homes on Smith Flat Road. Behind the two main homes, you find the Fig house, a duplex and the owners cabin, on a driveway off the main street.
The Toll House is at the end of Smith Flat Road. It is a two bedroom home with a large front deck on a 1/2 acre lot. There is access to the Placerville trail from the backyard.
The Toll House is located near a Toll stop on the Pony Express route.
